Faith Not Works: Why God's Way Eliminates Pride
Can you save yourself? The answer might surprise you—it's a resounding NO. And that's actually the best news you'll hear today.
In Romans 3:27-31, Paul makes it crystal clear: salvation is by FAITH alone, not by works. Why? Because faith eliminates our pride, exalts what God has done, acknowledges we can't keep the law, and establishes our relationship with Him. If you could save yourself, Jesus wouldn't have needed to die. But He did—because you're worth it.
Stop trying to earn what's already been freely given. You're not a sinner saved by grace—you're a NEW CREATION in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:17). The works will flow naturally from genuine faith, not from striving to prove yourself. God has already prepared good works for you to walk in. Lay down the burden of performance and pick up the freedom of faith.
Without faith, it's impossible to please God (Hebrews 11:6). So why are you still trying to do it through works?
