Heirs with Christ: Dying to Live

What if everything you're holding onto in this world is keeping you from the inheritance God has waiting for you?

This Sunday, we explored Romans 8:12-17 and discovered a powerful truth: as Christians, we are heirs with Christ. Not just saved, but adopted as sons and daughters with full rights to an eternal inheritance that includes God Himself, His glory, and the entire universe. But here's the catch - we must be willing to take up our cross daily and put to death the deeds of the flesh.

The world demands instant gratification. God calls us to patient surrender. Sexual immorality, evil desires, covetousness - these must be nailed to the cross. Why? Because the wrath of God is coming, but also because something far greater awaits those who die to self and live for Christ.

Stop fighting to save your worldly life. Lose it for Jesus' sake, and you'll truly live. The Holy Spirit within you is your down payment on an inheritance beyond comprehension.
