Released from the Law: Dying to Live

What does true freedom look like? It starts with death—dying to the law, dying to sin, dying to self. Only then can we truly live in Christ.

This Sunday we explored Romans 7:1-6 and discovered a powerful truth: we are released from the law through Christ's sacrifice. Just like a seed must die to produce fruit, we must die to the old life to experience the abundant life Jesus offers. When the Holy Spirit takes control, everything changes—new attitudes, new actions, and real spiritual fruit like joy, peace, patience, and self-control.

The choice is clear: either dead to the law and alive in Christ, or dead to Christ and bound by the law's condemnation. Freedom isn't found in rule-keeping but in relationship with Jesus. Are you truly alive in Christ today?
